Background (Reasons for attempting The Race)

I've competed in many triathlons and wanted to do something more extreme and weather orientated. The uncertainty is a major factor and also the stunning Donegal ruggedness.

Experience

Several sprint triathlons, 5 Olympic triathlons, 3 half marathons, a scurry of 10k runs and last September completed my first full ironman in Majorca.
