Background (Reasons for entering The Race)

I have always enjoyed endurance races, having completed many triathlons, Half and full Ironman events, marathons and Ultramarathons and love new challenges.

When my daughter Emma suggested doing this I initially thought it will be a stage too far for me!  But have decided to go for it!!  This will certainly be my biggest challenge so far - but will give me a real focus over the winter.

Experience

...The race will certainly be a challenging experience and will be great to Share it with Emma
