Background (Reasons for entering The Race)

I began running about three years ago for fitness and quickly began to love it, and started doing races. I love to compete, but I also enjoy the camaraderie of athletes outside of competition. The Race is just the kind of challege that I have been loking for, and having lived in Donegal on and off for a few years, it would be the ideal location for such a race with the fantastic rugged surroundings to keep you company through the pain.

Experience

Lots of small races 5 and 10k events. 15k Glendalough trail race. Letterkenny duathlon, letterkenny try-a-tri! Europcar 3D tri Sprint triathlon,  TriAthlone Olympic triathlon, TriAthy Sprint Triathlon. Howth Aquathon series.
