Background (Reasons for entering The Race)

I currently organise Adventure Challenges in the form of Extreme Marathons, Ultra's, Trail Runs and Multi Sport challenges. I’m constantly tweeking the courses to ensure they deliver maximum in endurance and spectacle.

Its been a few years since I've properly challenged myself and when David introduced me to The Race it seems to be crying out for me to do it for a number of reasons especially when I test others to their limits its time for me to put up or shut up.

Experience

29 Marathons 1996 - 2012, Connemarathon 2011, Cycle Challenges with Co operation Ireland in Australia, America and South Africa, Himalyan 100 mile run 2000, Marathon Des Sabla 2005
