Background (Reasons for entering The Race)

I enjoy running and adventure races and over the years I have continued to increase my endurance levels and challenge the self limiting beliefs by entering tougher longer events. The Race gives me this opportunity in my home county where I can train in the windy and wet conditions! My work involves  performance coaching and I like to use the learning’s gained from the journey to help other achieve their potential
