I like endurance events. Id rather go long than go fast. :) I've built up my experience over the last five years, from non sporting, non swimming, non cycling, to Ironman. I was due to do IMUK this year, but broke my leg in May. However, I transferred to IM Wales last September, and got around because I was stubborn and wanted one of the nice medals! I like doing things I am told are a bit crazy, and try to always do something new and interesting. Having spent the previous 37 years of my life on the couch, its good to finally test my limits. I think the Race will be a great experience, coping with the tough conditions and hard terrain of wildest Donegal.
