I have still a lot of goals. And I strongly believe in the fact that "if you can dream it, you can do it". In the end it's so simple but it still separates two type of people from each other: those who are willing to dream big those who are becoming prisoners in their own dark castle one day. Yes it sounds hard, but as a sales coach I see both types of people every day. And believe me, those who dream big and act courageous are the lucky ones. That's why I am doing such stupid stuff and pushing my ass through my midlife crisis. Year by year, harder and longer. I am racing The Race for the second time now to see all those great athletes again, to finish faster than last year and to be a good man again on March 7.
All my physical activities started late in 2007. But in the 7 years I've done a lot of crazy stuff: The Race, Powerman Zofingen, Northpole Marathon and Swissman were the highlights so far. In 2015 I am going to race The Race again and I am trying to get a slot for some grueling challenges in the northern hemisphere.
