Background (Reasons for attempting The Race)

I work as a Fund Accountant in Northern Trust Limerick. I currently live in Newport, Co.Tipperary. My main reason for entering is that I want to test my mental and physical capabilities while I'm still young. I am also interested in changing my training focus for an endurance event as opposed to the shorter Events I have completed.

Experience

Currently in 12th place in Elite Adventure racing in Ireland, Limerick Half Marathon, Wicklow Advenure Race Glendalough 2014, Dingle Adventure Race 2014, Waterford Adventure Race 2014, Numerous Duathlons ( Limerick, Ennis Kilkee), 2nd place in my First ever Triathlon (Ennis)

I train with the GoTri triathlon club in Limerick and I also train with last year's competitor Paul Tierney on the hills that I'm lucky enough to live close to in Tipperary and Clare.
