Background (Reasons for attempting The Race)

I am living in Ireland for the last 7 years. Donegal is one of my favourite places here on this island. I'm a huge fan of ironman (triathlon not the movie) or any crazy race such as the Barkley, the diagonal des fous at la reunion. I'm now 30 years old and I really want challenge myself with a competition like yours. This is time to feel the pain and to achieve something exceptional. I love doing sport and try to reach difficult goal.

Experience

I have done lots of activities over the last few year running several events. I ran the Frank Duffy race in Dublin (10 miles) and the aitricity half marathon so far this year and I will run the Dublin marathon end of October. My goal is to run the marathon in 3h30. I'm running 4 or 5 times per week with a minimum distance of 10 km up to 25km. I like doing adventure activities such as climbing, zip lining or kayaking. I also play football with friend every Tuesday night.
