Background (Reasons for attempting The Race)

Build it and they will come....

Missed out last year due to family commitments, This is the next step for anything I have done to date.

What a Challenge to have available on home soil.

Family of 3 kids and an ever forgiven wife, training wont be easy but will be done.

Savage event will require a savage effort, really looking forward to it.

Experience

IM Lanz *2, IM Swiss *1, Numerous Tris/Duathlons Adventure Racing on MTB with Kayaks - CLEC, Dublin Marathon *2, 1/2 Marathons * 7, Road Cycling across the years, Indoor Rowing - Euro Championships 2013, GAA back in the day, until I found all other forms of madness as Above.
