Background (Reasons for attempting The Race)

I’m a 33 year old athlete from Poland, but have been living in Co. Kildare for almost 10 years. I've been a menber of Naas Triathlon Club since 2010 and involved in sports and fitness for many years. My passion is endurance sports, especially running and triathlon. The reason I entered the Race was to do something different, so I'm looking forward to having some fun in Donegal with 4 other friends.

Experience

I’m a multiple medalist of Polish and Irish championship Triathlons. I finished 4 Ironman triathlons with PB 8:59:28 and 28 marathons with PB 2:38:15s. The biggest achievement for me was racing with the best athletes in Ironman World Championship in Kona-Hawaii in 2014.
