• THE RACE: 250 KILOMETERS 24 HOURS.

    The Race is a 250 km unsupported endurance event across the rugged landscape of North West Donegal. To finish competitors have to complete 15km of kayaking, 166km of cycling, 5km of mountain running and 64km of road and trail running. It is the ultimate 24 hour test of endurance. The Race takes place in Spring each year. The 2018 event took place on the weekend of 13th-15th April.

I have been involved in sports of many backrounds from an early age, but in more recent times I have tended towards more endurance orientated sports. I have been looking for a true challenge that will frighten me. The race I believe will more than do the job.

Experience

Key west sprint tri's 07/08 ,Swim key west 08,Connemara marathon 2010, Killarney adventure race 2012, Gaelforce 2013, UFN 5(mma) Titanic games 2013(CF) , Irish throwdown 2013 (CF) Along with many 5,10 k and half marathons.
