Background (Reasons for attempting The Race)

I love a challenge and pushing myself. I love the outdoors and have recently got back into mountain running and I am looking for a race to do next year. I have done a few adventure races and a friend of my suggest I try this race. I have 12 years military experience and am currently working as a fireman in Limerick city. I also own a crossfit gym. I particularly like that all profits go to Gorta-Self Help Africa.

Experience

Gael Force West, Beast of Ballyhoura, Outsider Adventure Race, Comeragh Mountain Marathon, Connemara Half Marathon.
