Background (Reasons for attempting The Race)

I tried adventure racing for the first time in 2015 and was hooked! Gaelforce West was my first event of this type and loved every minute of it. While planning ahead for events in 2016 I stumbled across The Race and signed up there and then. It looks MENTAL!! I wouldn’t have been much of a cyclist up to now but that’d definitely changed with The Race training!! The Race will be by far my toughest challenge to date and I cannot wait.

Experience

DCM 2014, DCM 2015, Gaelforce West, Killarney Adventure Race, Various Mountain Runs, Half Marathons, and Duathlons etc.
