Background (Reasons for attempting The Race)

I have been road cycling, mountain biking, running & kayaking this area for years, I would like to challenge myself by doing THE RACE in 2016 as the course is on my back door step. It would be rude not to !!!

Experience

I have done numerous duathlons locally, MBAR Events, numerous cycling sportives - Tour de Conemara, 245k cycle from Dublin to Milford in one day, Sea to Summit and a few half marathons.
