Background (Reasons for attempting The Race)

I'm a fisheries officer in the West of Ireland. I currently compete in multi sport races as well as some longer adventure races and triathlons. Originally football and running were my only sports but with age this expands!

Experience

I have completed lots of road runs and long distance events. I have been involved in the multi sport racing scene for the past 5 years, competing at a good level with my first win in 2015. I experienced my first multi day race in 2016 at ITERA expedition race and I hope to enjoy lots of 12 and 24hour races in the future.
