Background (Reasons for attempting The Race)

I’m heading back to The Race to complete what I started in 2016. Looking forward to meeting up with all of the fellow competitors and experiencing an amazing few days and I can count on the encouragement and support from all the volunteers and stewards to get us through.

Experience

I’ve completed 4 marathons, several half marathons, ten milers and sportifs, Ring of Kerry '12 and still dabbling in Junior football with my home club in Clare. I said that this was my next logical step up but there's no logic to it!
