• THE RACE: 250 KILOMETERS 24 HOURS.

    The Race is a 250 km unsupported endurance event across the rugged landscape of North West Donegal. To finish competitors have to complete 15km of kayaking, 166km of cycling, 5km of mountain running and 64km of road and trail running. It is the ultimate 24 hour test of endurance.

I'm entering The Race as it’s a tough challenge for me. I am a cyclist with Tour de Munster for Down Syndrome and cycle on average 300km a week. Fitness is my life.

Experience

Tour de Munster 4 Day Cycle 2013,14,15 & now 16.

Up to 10 TdM cycling day and two day events per year.

Sea to a summit 2015.

An Post Rebel at ours annually 2013 to date.
