Background (Reasons for attempting The Race)

Finished in 12th place in the Race 2014 but the 2015 event broke me and I had to pull out after the half way stage! I returned in 2016 determined to finish and after a demanding kayak managed to finish in 33rd. Looking forward to the challenge of the race and pushing myself to the limits again this year.

Experience

Half Marathons, adventure races, The Race 2014, 2015 and 2016.
