Four years ago I took up running, my motivation to maintain active and keep weight off. Prior to that I had been overweight and unactive. With running I managed to lose 30kg over a short period. I have taken part in many single day events, this year completing two multi day events and multi discaplin I'm keen to keep pushing myself with different challenges. I also enjoy the social element and commaradery of getting to the finish line
