Played hurling and Gaelic football all my life with local club Burt. I've 20 Donegal championship winners medals in hurling. Played with and managed Donegal also and even got playing with Ulster. Once I retired I fell into this by complete fortune. Did my first race in 2012 sea2summit for charity. I will be doing "The Race" in honour of my mum and the disease that took her life in 2015. Amyloidosis awareness. It is a little known about disease that needs to be highlighted.
