I work in the Defence Forces and I'm part of Trilogy triathlon club. I started doing triathlons two years ago and I have found myself addicted to my new sport. I've done a few half and full marathons. I've competed in many triathlons with the Double Olympic in Athy being one of my most memorial. I gave up smoking just over 17 months ago which was a big challenge but now I'm ready for my next challenge. So The Race let's be having ya!
