Background (Reasons for attempting The Race)

Started training in 2011 to lose weight.Went from 18 stone to 12 stone in 6 months and got the bug for running and cycling. I want to give myself a new challenge.


3 marathons. Dublin twice and Manchester 2015 getting sub 3hrs for the 1st time. Charity cycle Dublin to milford 2014. 1 day(250k)
