I have been through some though times. Getting out among the natural beauty this country has to offer has inspired me to take up Adventure Racing. The Race appeals to me at a Base level. A natural target to say I can get through whatever life can throw and keep going. Plus my fantastic Wife, Dee says I have her permission!
Experience
20 adventure races completed over 4 years. Gaelforce, Blackstairs, War, DAR, killarney etc. Member of kilkenny triathlon club, sportive cyclist, charity fundraising sports events/organiser (The 12kms of Christmas)
