I have taken Gerry Duffy’s advice on board and decided on a new Big Goal that is The Race !! I have needed to ramp up my training for a while and this is the perfect excuse.
It’s fantastic that there is an event like this in Ireland now and I am really looking forward to taking in the beautiful Donegal scenery and surprise weather. J
