I've been road running for the last 15 years and a member of Waterford Triathlon Club for the past four years. Due to business commitments over the last six years I have been unable to train as I wished to, however due to a change in my circumstances, I'm training better than ever. I'm in great shape and I'm looking for a new challenge.

Experience

Marathons Berlin 2008, Amsterdam 2009 (time 3h 19mins), Cork Marathon (twice running two legs of relay team) Numerous Triathlons, The Great Fjiord Swim 2013,2014. Ballycotton 10 (6 times, best time 67 mins).
